Dan's understanding and control of the budget literally made the difference between building and not building a home. He found ways to meet both needs and desires and helped me focus on the most important items. I really appreciated his patience and his time in educating me about the building process.Todd...

Dan and Todd are fantastic to work with. They are not only knowledgeable about construction and costs, but they have an eye for design. They know what will work and they made great suggestions at every point in the process. They are also practical -- they helped me stay on budget and make good choices...

I absolutely love my home. I have zero regrets about building. I am a HUGE fan of Cypress Hill. The only details I would have changed would be to run an outlet or two in the basement (which is unfinished). The home is truly perfection.
