Blue Canyon Construction

We refer to ourselves as a "boutique" contracting company because we approach projects with an emphasis on developing personal relationships. As the building process can be stressful, it's important for our clients to feel informed and confident - our experience, integrity, honesty and attentiveness puts homeowners at ease from start to finish.

Whether managing the entire project, or working in conjunction with an architect, creating quality living spaces clients are proud to live in is paramount to our approach. A rare find in the contracting industry, we believe strongly in integrating interior aesthetics directly into the build process. As we develop a space, every detail from paint colors, to light positioning and furniture placement is taken into consideration. During this fluid process, we help clients develop their sense of style to become active decision-makers and end with an environment they truly enjoy.

The foundation of our business is built on the close relationships we form with clients, employees and subcontractors alike (some of whom we've worked with for more than 20 years). Because we value face time and personal interaction, we limit ourselves to a handful of projects at a time. Company founder Rick King is personally responsible for managing all jobs and develops close relationships with homeowners to establish mutual trust and ensure their needs are met by Blue Canyon's team of talented employees and trusted subcontractors.
