They were friendly and professional. They completed the job in one day even though they had to replace some damaged wood.

Bay to Bay did a wonderful job on our roof. They did take a long period of time to get started. However, when they did jump on the job all their employs were very professional and answered all my concerns.

Price was great! Work seemed to be good. Started out rough as supervisor was late and the workers did not know what to do or used my ladder and talked trashy concerning my roof. "Your back roof looks like sh*t!"

Scott was very knowledgeable and followed up with us without prompting. Carl kept us informed as the job progressed. The install crew led by Luis Miguel was awesome. The office staff was very polite. The roof was installed in one day, and not a scrap of trash was left to be cleaned up. What a great experience. Highly recommend Bay to Bay.

Overall we are very happy with the roofing job. The salesman was great and the foreman was good. The roofers worked hard and were great. The staff in the office was also very helpful and pleasant. The only issue is how they push you to do reviews. They tell you that if you leave reviews then the staff will get a bonus. Also they tell you they pay a $50 referral fee but we referred four different people and each time they never followed through with the referral payment. We had to call and email multiple times to finally get it done. Those are just minor things they could improve on but the price and quality of work are great.

Had many quotes done for my home, the representative that came to my house was the only one who brought real samples of shingles and explained everything with images and took the time to make sure I knew what was going on.

I saw the great work from Bay2Bay on my neighbor’s home so I had a roof put on shortly after with Bay to Bay. Then other neighbor got jealous and they are next in line with Bay to Bay! Couldn’t be happier! If they recommend changing out your old skylight for a newer one do it! Your crew is superhuman removing the old tile roof in the heat, WOW just WOW! Pricing for entire job well below what i was expecting. Any one driving over to see the Aged Copper shingles are being directed to Bay2Bay roofing!

They offer great color choices in High quality product. on time (even though it rained a bit) and finished in 2 days start to end. Great crew and sales person (Scott), along with professional office personnel. Price was one of the most competitive out there, and I am very happy. I wouldn't use them again I still have nails all over my yard and a hole in my bath ceiling pluses I don't think they used all the wood they said they used stay away
