We received poor quality windows and workmanship from Window World.

When I ordered the windows from the sales rep, I showed him the windows at my 3 bathrooms and all of them were frosted glass. He advised that Window world has the same called "Obscured." I advised that if it is the same as my frosted then I would not need to see it as I was assured it would be the same frosted glass type. When the Bathroom windows arrived and installed they were clear obscured glass that you can actually see through from up close. This was not a concern at my Guest and Pool baths because they were awning windows and up higher then the shower/bath. In my main bathroom shower this was an issue because of the size and anyone close enough can see through the glass in my shower. After the install I notated on the work order the wrong glass was ordered and the installers advised the office would call me back. When the office called me back, the person stated that they would order the correct frosted glass and replace the window. The next day the sales rep called and advised, that is what we ordered and that Window World had changed manufacturers and does not make frosted impact rated glass. The sales rep. advised he could have someone place a frosted tint on it. He asked me to go buy tint and he would have a Sr. Installer install the tint. When I asked the installer about this he advised he has never installed tint on the glass before. I asked to have someone call me about the window because it was not acceptable as it was not frosted as promised. When I spoke with the Sales rep again, he advised there was nothing he could do as that was the glass type I ordered. I advised I would contact the MSFH program about my issue and he just laughed at me. Even during several sash replacements for scratches, I notated no one else has contacted me about the window and to this date no one has reached back out to me. The sales rep advised he would forward my issue to Window World legal consul.

lInterviewed four contractors. One could not do our triple slider door, one quoted very high then tried to backtrack saying he had a special discount from superiors, so gone. The most highly recommended contractor I really thought was very good, honest and he was an installer as well, but the windows he installed were not as good as the Simonton Windows from Window World AND Window World and his bid were very competitive. I chose Window World because of Michael Bronk and his honest answers and because I could get double hung windows.

It was a very easy to get an estimate and no pressure to say yes. I had many questions after the first sales pitch and they were quick to answer.

Second crime I used them. Outstanding customer service & product.

I had my windows replace a couple of years ago and everything went well. In January this year I decided to replace my front door and have had the worse experience of my life. The door didn’t have any stickers and the wrong screws were used, so it didn’t pass the inspection. When they came back to fix the screws again the wrong screws were used and the door didn’t close properly, so I had to pay a handyman to correct the problem. I am very disappointed.

The Window World of Tampa crew was awesome.

Our crew showed up on time, and worked straight through two days, to ensure the job was done correctly. Highly recommend to friend, neighbors and family

Due to the issues I had with the door installation I would not recommend window world for door replacement. I would highly suggest to use someone else.

It was a very pleasant experience. Matt explained the different kinds of windows. They were ordered and came in five weeks which was a week earlier than expected! The crew who put them did a great job! Passed inspection and are very happy with our windows.

I was happy with Michael and his knowledge of what needed to be done; His presentation was excellent. The installation team was super.

Windows are great, installation process was difficult due to language barrier. One out of four installers was messy and did a bad calk and spackle job. Had zero communication on when my windows were being delivered to warehouse and had to make two trips back from out of state and still have to make another trip due to receiving one window in wrong color and had to be reordered. So far, window replacement timeline is at four months and is still not complete.

They were on time did excellent work cleaned up when job was finished.and easy to get along with.

They did a good job. They did what they said they were going to do, so it turned out alright.

The installation team was amazing, and the response team is good too. They haven't finished everything, but I have called, and they gave me the status of everything, so I am satisfied. The quality is good, and the customer service is super good.

The sales team is not completely forthright and doesn't take responsibility for their actions.
