They billed for water extraction, carpet and pad removal for areas that did not have any water, carpet and pad. They padded the square footage excessively and made a point to use all of the insurance funds up so I would not have any funds left for the flooring replacement.

This is a professional company run in a professional manner. They may not be the least expensive, but use high quality materials and painted everything with two hand-applied (not sprayed) coats. Quite satisfied with the results of both their exterior and interior workmanship.
