It took almost six months to get my one window installed correctly and completely. There are communications issues with this company, both internally and with customers. No emails were ever answered. When I called, no one seemed to be aware of my issues and were unconcerned.

I am looking for a gutter/downspout person to install a large "fish-mouth" drainage collection for a valley gutter.
