Calling to speak to someone is a tedious project, long holds while listening to how great everyone in this company is. Had to get a supervisor involved to settle the issue of leaving the old water heater on a parking space in front of the building I live in.

roof vents placed behind 4ft walls in finished attic dont do squat for ventilation. no place for soffit vents, siding is asbestos so gable vents too pricey.
