Customer service does not return phone calls to get a minor install problem fixed. A small hole exists in 1 window screen upon install. Have contacted customer service 4 times over several weeks and have yet to receive a response.

Hello I am Ken From KP Carpentry. Can you tell me more about your built in project? Do you have a design in mind? How big is the area? Can you take a few pictures of where you would like it to go?
We have a cracked stone patio and are considering other surfaces, including pavers. What do you think?
