I have already commented to my friends about the high quality of the windows and the manner in which the windows were installed. I immediately felt the difference in the temperature of my home after the windows were installed. Absolutely love they way they look on the inside and the outside.
The workmen were very courteous and provided pictures of the work they did as they did it. I appreciated that because I wasn't climbing up on the roof to check it out.
It looks like during the install a screen was damaged, unless a bird ran into it. They did not mention anything to me, I caught it after they left. I went outside to check on the pre-existint damage on the trim piece above where the screen I found damaged. They had also fixed the trim piece. I went... more

GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of New Image Elite LLC as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
