The bottom line is that NewBath offers a good product but it's in bad hands. I think they are not getting many complaints because they are mainly dealing with older people who are less prone to complain about this kind of thing. They were very professional, completed the job in a timely manner and done a wonderful job with the instillation. They didn't leave until the job was complete and I was very satisfied. I will recommend them because of how professional the job was. It was also a good price.
