Case does excellent work. Unfortunately, their scheduling system is hard to deal with and not really accessible to the customer, and the responsiveness of the people responsible for coordinating the job is very uneven. And they're expensive.

You need to consult the local building and zoning department.  Changing means of egress may not be allowed or may require a permit.
Can anyone share insights on how to block off a chimney opening? We have wasp coming through the chimney opening of our den into the house.
