What causes large gaps between window frames and the brick of my home? It looks like someone tried to caulk it previously, but it just pulled away again.

It seems like the caulk must have come loose. My recommendation is to recaulk the area and make sure that the gap is filled with insulation. Another option to look into is double expanding foam. Hope ... read more
