There crew was very courteous and professional and all of the minor construction concerns were addressed immediately. The crew even repaired some pre-existing chimney damage for a very reasonable price.

The fellow that came and did the final measurement on the window warned me that if I let him use my putty knife that I probably wouldn't get it back and he was right. He left and I forgot to get back. It wasn't a big deal.
