What can you do when you are dealing with a company that is the only person that does it. It was more effective then the first time. This is our second unit not window. The windows were not the same color. They are darker. They are the only guy in town. However they did do better this time.

Should I be worried that external doors in my home are shifting to a point that I can't lock them without lifting them up?
I would be concerned... sounds like you have some sort of issue if the gap is gettting larger. I definantely would contact a local professional door installer.
