Jeryl, the salesman, was awesome. Jack and his install crew was extremely professional. The only flaw was having one sash which did not match and it taking three additional attempts to get the replacement correct. That being said, Amanda did a great job getting that replacement installed.

Is adding blown in insulation a good way to eliminate ice damming and what other steps can be taken?
