They were very knowledgeable and provided the product that they said that they would provide. The installation was wonderful and the finished product looks great. The salesman, Mr. Dixon, did a very good job.

I highly recommend the people who came to my house and did my job. It was done perfectly. The only imperfection was my fault. If I had seen it while they were here, they would've fixed it.

Do your homework, they're unprofessional.

Sloppy and unprofessional work. Holes in three screens, caulk gaps and missing window screws. They also left marks on the house with their ladders and broke a book case without telling us.

I have trim boards to install that will cap over exposed block foundation. What ways should I attach these? They will be primed and painted when installed.

You can also use Tapcon masonry screws.  Pre drill. Countersink if you want to hide screw heads with wood filler or Bondo.
Can vinyl shutters be painted? We have some shutters that were black but have since become very faded.

Yes. You can paint vinyl shutters. Clean and then use an acrylic latex paint made specifically to plastic materials.
