Had a very hard time getting issues resolved. The screens wore torn upon installation. The installation was not complete and others came a few weeks later and again a screen was damaged. There were nails in the yard.

black spots on the roof. can you tell me what is the cause of this? have lived in this house 12 years and have had no problems. what can you do to clean this?
