RainCity did excellent work, completed the job quickly, and used top quality materials. They also made sure the work was truly finished--for example resolving exhaust vent louvers that were stuck after painting. There were no surprises, and the team kept us informed at every step.

Can vinyl shutters be painted? We have some shutters that were black but have since become very faded.
