I wouldn't know what to say because I didn't get other estimates. I was not pleased with the finish work in our patio room. The cleanness inside was decent, but not outside. There are fragments of vinyl everywhere. I am very satisfied but I am also very critical.

Water until established and then cut the water back.  Bermuda needs water, but not as much as some of the other types of grass.  Keep it cut short
