With my overall experience I would bring champion up a as a option, but not necessarily recommend the company.
I was misquoted the price and had know idea after I signed the contract. The manager called me and explained my sales person was off on her price and left the company. He was rude to me and I said I would talk it over with my husband on what to do and he lied to my new assigned sales rep and said I agreed to proceed with the order and sent him to my home to sign a new contract.
Champion Window overall was amazing. Every step of the way the employees we met were amazing and you could tell that they truly cared and wanted us to have the best.
We had the windows on our last house replaced with Champion windows. I had no reservations about choosing Champion again.
We had a great experience with everyone involved in the process, from start to finish we felt taken care of. Highly recommend and would use again in the future!

They got our order wrong, with a door that opens to the wrong side.
Will never recommend Champion for anything after my experience. Have already steered potential Champion clients away and suggest anyone else to do the same. I had an issue where the sub-contractor for our siding took the removed gutters from our property after telling them explicitly to leave them. Potential language barrier as only a single member of the crew spoke English and would leave from time to time leaving us no way to communicate with the remaining crew. English speaking crew member is who was informed to leave the gutters. Talked with the project lead who said they would reimburse us via gift card ($200), and deliver personally, since the contractors removed our property and could not return to us (assuming they scrapped the gutters). Called the office multiple times (4-5) to follow-up on the gift card and was told we would get a call back from the project lead. We never did and was given the run around since. To this day we have not received reimbursement for our property being taken and have given up trying to get reimbursement. Crew also left their leaf blower after the job was completed and sent their children to the house to pick it up. They could have been no more than 10-12 years old. With the amount of money I spent (~$60k) I would expect much better service all around. To say my expectations were not met is a huge understatement.
The installer was the best. He was very professional, and I couldn't have agreed more.
They were always on schedule. They cleaned up everything and always informative. I am very happy with the windows,
They sold me windows that they don't know if they can make anymore. It has been a month and a half, and they haven't been able to tell me if they can make them or not. The installation supervisor will not initiate a call. I am the only one who makes that call. Every time we talk, he is waiting on the factory to answer a question, when it only takes them a couple of weeks to make the windows themselves. It takes them longer to answer a question than to make windows. This is after they measured wrong, so they have made the same mistake twice. The salesman didn't check to see if it was load-bearing between the three windows, so he measured wrong. They sent someone else out to measure after the salesman, and they also measured wrong. Sometime in April, they brought windows that were too big for my area. Three and a half weeks later, they came and installed the windows that I have now, which are upside down and not what I ordered. They are telling me they don't know if they can make what I ordered and paid for. I am really upset because these are not cheap, and they are not trying to help me resolve it whatsoever. They messed up the measuring. What they brought is not what they sold me, and they will not tell me if they can make what they sold me.
Very satisfied with all stages of the process. Salesman and installer were exceptional. Found a very small crack in one window (very hard to see) but they came out and are in the process of making a new pane for that window. Very satisfied with the problem resolution.

No one has contacted us for the crack in one of those Windows after we called got something in the mail saying they were going to contact us but still nothing. We just got them put in and the crack is a stress crack not from us opening we have only opened it once and that’s when I found it
