We were so excited to have the opportunity to be interviewed on the latest episode of Pro Construction Guide Podcast for Pros. This series features interviews of industry professionals, and offers valuable insights to contractors across the nation on various topics.
Our CEO, Geoff Graham, went on the show to talk about the importance of creating great customer experiences both on a practical level and an aspirational level. Below is a clip from what Geoff says is the aspirational reason for why the customer experience matters so much:
“We work in a tremendously important industry. Home builders, remodelers, and home improvement contractors, are building, repairing, maintaining, caring for, and improving the homes that people live in. It’s among the most important jobs there are and it’s one of the most important things anyone will ever engage a company, service provider, consultant, or contractor to do for them and their families. So, if we’re going to be in this industry, if we’re going to take on that tremendous responsibility, we need to take that commitment to quality very seriously and deliver great customer experiences.”
