Once again, GuildQuality’s partnered with NARI of Central Virginia to power the second annual NARI Central VA Service Excellence Award, which recognizes remodelers who are leaders in customer service.
How it Works
GuildQuality will survey a selection of your customers and use results from those surveys to determine the award winners.*
To participate, simply submit the greater of the two: (1) Your last 12 months of projects, or, (2) Your most recent 30 projects (going back multiple years if necessary). So, if you’ve completed more than 30 jobs in the last 12 months, select Option 1 and submit all clients from the last 12 months and we’ll select a random 30 to survey. Or, if you’ve completed less than 30 jobs in the 12 months, select option 2 and submit your most recent 30 clients.
Once you submit your projects, GuildQuality will survey those 30 past customers at no cost, using our proven multi-touch process, and you will receive all survey feedback in real-time.
After the surveying process is complete, GuildQuality will tabulate scores and review the results with NARI chapter leaders to determine the winners.
*To participate, you must be a member of the NARI of Central VA chapter.
- The deadline to apply for the award is July 28, 2017
- Customer info for surveying must be submitted by August 5, 2017
Announcing the Winners
NARI will recognize the winners at the Evening of Excellence gala on Friday, September 29, 2017. All winners will receive a physical award and an award badge for online use.
