1: Automatic customer spreadsheet upload
Although users have had the ability to upload customer data via an excel file for quite some time, customers imported this way did not instantly appear within the app following the upload. Now, when a user selects the upload excel file option to import customers, those customers immediately appear within the app.
Plus, if a customer’s email and/or phone number is missing within the spreadsheet, the system alerts the user about the error and gives the user the ability to add in all or some of the missing info.
2: Customer Load API
For large businesses, manually uploading customer data into GuildQuality can be time-consuming, so we developed a new, time-saving automation option!
Now, members have the ability to upload customers into their GuildQuality member account via our new Customer Load API. We developed several supporting methods to help members automatically import customers into GuildQuality. After customer data is imported, surveys are automatically assigned and scheduled for those newly imported customers.

3: ‘Survey Sent Date’ added to ‘Completed Surveys’ export spreadsheet
In order to give members more flexibility in their survey analyses, we’ve added ‘Survey Sent Date’ to the ‘Completed Surveys’ export spreadsheet.
