How the UASRC Service Excellence Award Works
In order to participate, you must be a member of the UASRC. GuildQuality will survey a selection of your customers and use those results to determine the overall winners.
To participate in the award process, you will submit all completed projects from 2016. If the total number of projects completed is greater than 50, we will select a random sampling of 50 to survey. If you completed fewer than 50 jobs in 2016, please submit your last consecutive 50 customers.
GuildQuality will survey those 50 past customers at no cost using our proven multi-touch process, and you will receive all survey feedback in real time.
After the surveying process is complete, GuildQuality will tabulate scores and review the results with UASRC leaders to determine the winners.
UASRC will be awarding service excellence winners for three different annual revenue tiers:
• 0 to 3 million
• 3 million to 10 million
• 10 million +
Winners will receive a physical award at the UASRC Storm Summit in March and a service excellence award website badge issued by GuildQuality.
The deadline to apply and submit customer information to GuildQuality is January 31, 2017.
