GuildQuality has partnered with Business Networks to power the 2016 Business Networks Service Excellence Award. This award recognizes Business Networks members who are committed to quality and customer service.
How to Apply
In order to apply, applicants must provide GuildQuality with the greater of: (1) a list of their most recent 30 customers, or (2) their entire customer list from 2015 (we’ll select 30 at random to survey). For example, if you had fewer than 30 customers over 2015, please go back as far as necessary to provide your most recent 30 customers. If you had greater than 30 customers in 2015, send your entire customer list, and we will randomly select 30 to survey.
GuildQuality will survey each of these customers through our phone, email, and mail card process to collect their feedback about each applicant. All applicants will receive their survey feedback in real time.
Determining the Winners
Once surveying is complete, GuildQuality and Business Networks will review the results to determine the winners. Award winners will be recognized at the Eagles Awards Program in May.
The deadline to apply and submit customer information is March 1st, 2016.
