GuildQuality has partnered with Liners Direct to power a service excellence award for their Liners Direct dealers.
How to Apply
At no charge, GuildQuality will survey 50 past clients from each candidate. For high volume candidates, we will survey a random 50 clients from each candidates 2014 customer list. If a candidate has fewer than 50 jobs in 2014, they may submit multiple years of project data and we will then survey a random 50 clients. Please note: We ask that candidates only submit Liners Direct projects.
The deadline to apply and submit customer information is January 20th.
If you would like to be considered for the award, please fill out this brief form below and a member of the GuildQuality team will reach out to you with next steps and to answer any questions you may have. After you submit your company information via this online form, you’ll be provided with a link to the spreadsheet we’ll need you to complete in order to survey your past customers through our email, mail, and telephone process.
Please note: If you use a CRM system, you do not have to use the spreadsheet in your application. Simply export the information necessary from your CRM as a CSV or Excel file and send to GQTeam@guildquality.com.
Determining the Winners
As GuildQuality receives survey responses from your customers, you’ll be copied on all the feedback received. Once surveying is complete, GuildQuality and Liners Direct will jointly review all the feedback to determine the Award winners. Service Excellence Award winners will be recognized at the Bathwraps Dealer Council in February. All winners will receive an award badge for online use, and mention in an online press release.
