GuildQuality has partnered with ProVia to power the first ProVia Service Excellence Award, which recognizes dealers who are leaders in customer service.
How it Works
GuildQuality will survey a selection of your customers and use results from those surveys to determine the award winners.*
To gauge satisfaction, GuildQuality will survey a sample of prior clients. Applicants must provide a list of all jobs completed in the last 12 months, and we’ll select a random 50 to survey. If you completed fewer than 50 jobs over the last 12 months, please send your last consecutive 50 jobs completed, going back as many years as necessary. From there, we will begin surveying and notify you as clients respond.
If you’re already a Guildmember, we’ll simply confirm that we have your most recent 50 projects. We will not re-survey any of your customers.
**You must be a ProVia Platinum Elite, Platinum Plus, or Platinum Dealer to participate in this award.
- The deadline to apply for the award is February 16, 2018
- Customer info for surveying must be submitted by February 16, 2018
Announcing the Winners
ProVia will recognize the winners at the Platinum Dealer Event in San Antonio, April 9-12. All winners will receive a physical award and an award badge for online use.
