GuildQuality has partnered with Infinity from Marvin to power the 2018 Infinity from Marvin Service Excellence Award, which recognizes Infinity retailers who are leaders in customer service.
How it Works
To gauge satisfaction, GuildQuality will survey a sample of prior clients. In order to do so, you’ll need to provide a list of all jobs completed in the last 12 months, and we’ll select a random 30 to survey. If you completed fewer than 30 jobs over the last 12 months, please send your last consecutive 30 jobs completed, going back as many years as necessary. From there, we will begin surveying and notify you as clients respond.
If you’re already a Guildmember, we’ll simply confirm that we have your most recent 30 projects. We will not re-survey any of your customers.
- The deadline to apply for the award is November 29, 2017.
- Customer information for surveying must be submitted by November 29, 2017.
Announcing the Winners
Winners will be announced at the Infinity Dealer Forum in January 2018. All winners will receive a physical award and an award badge for online use and a press release template.
