The Charleston Home Builders Association (CHBA) is now accepting entries for their 29th Annual PRISM Awards. The PRISM Awards recognize excellence in the field of sales, marketing, and promotion of new homes.
GuildQuality is proud to partner with the CHBA to power the PRISM Customer Service Award, which recognizes applicants who are committed to providing exceptional service to their customers.
How it Works:
To gauge satisfaction, GuildQuality will survey a sample of prior clients. In order to do so, you’ll need to provide a list of all jobs completed in the last 12 months, and we’ll select a random 30 to survey. If you completed fewer than 30 jobs over the last 12 months, please send your last consecutive 30 jobs completed, going back as many years as necessary. From there, we will begin surveying and notify you as clients respond.
If you’re already a Guildmember, we’ll simply confirm that we have your most recent 30 projects. We will not re-survey any of your customers.
How to Apply:
Click “Apply Here” under PRISM Awards & Gala on the right and log in or create your CHBA account. Select “Category 1: Customer Service Award” and complete the form. There is a $200 entry fee to participate in this award category. In order to submit an entry, you must be a CHBA member and all entries must be received by 12 pm on Friday, July 14th.
After applying to the Customer Service Award, a member of the GuildQuality team will reach out to you about sending customer information for surveying.
Winners will be recognized at the PRISM Awards and Gala on Friday, November 3, 2017 in Charleston, SC.
