GuildQuality has partnered with APSP Midwest Chapter to power the 2017 Superior Service Award. This award is open to all APSP members who would like to receive recognition for their commitment to customer service.
How it Works:
To gauge satisfaction, GuildQuality will survey a sample of prior clients. In order to do so, you’ll need to provide a list of all jobs completed in the last 12 months, and we’ll select a random 50 to survey. If you completed fewer than 50 jobs over the last 12 months, please send your last consecutive 50 jobs completed, going back as many years as necessary. From there, we will begin surveying and notify you as clients respond.
If you’re already a Guildmember, we’ll simply confirm that we have your most recent 50 projects. We will not re-survey any of your customers.
*To participate, you must be a member of APSP.
How to Apply:
Once you’ve completed the form below, please visit this link to submit the $45 application fee. After applying, a member of the GuildQuality team will reach out to you about sending customer information for surveying.
Note: You will not be able to see your survey results until payment is received.
The deadline to apply and submit customer information is Friday, September 22, 2017.
