Had a small problem with one window and the man that came to fix it was polite quick and did a great job.
Service Technician’s Performance - As mentioned above, the service tech that fixed our issue was polite, professional on time and quick to get to work. Great representative for your company.
Installers were on time, professional & courteous. Product looks to be of good quality.
Cleanliness - Job site was cleaned up inside and out. Had a few scrap pieces left in the yard, however the winds that day were gusting up to 30 mph soi can’t fault them for missing a few things.

Universal Windows Direct was recommended by friends who live on Lake Erie. We were impressed with the look of their windows, they were impressed by the warmth despite the winds off the lake. Everyone from the salesman to the scheduler, installer and the person who called to verify that we were happy with the work performed were top notch. We couldn't find a warranty as good as this one. Wish we had tried them sooner.

Installers Professionalism - Best isntallarion team hands down
Everyone courteous, installed in a timely manner, installers were excellent.
We ordered beige windows on the outside and white on the inside with half screens in all the windows except for full ones in the two bathroom windows. We were bombarded with emails non-stop daily to sign the "order" documents online while we were in our one week time-frame to do our due diligence. We were not made aware that having an exterior color other than white, would mean that 1/2 screens was no longer an option. We would have selected White, had this fact been conveyed to us. The selection of beige over a white exterior color put a whole series of issues in motion, that have still not been resolved 10 months after installation.
Took over 2 years to have my door installed and have it be done properly. My windows however are beautiful.

Have had nothing but problems with 2 sets of French doors that were installed over 10 years ago. Issues ranged from damage to doors in initial transport to my residence, poor quality installation, insect infiltration through gaps between doors and frames, water leaking through door frames around glass multiple times, and on and on. There has been no real effort in 10 years to finally resolve the problem, which is the doors and their installation are sub par. Would not recommend this company, their products or their installation service. In 10 years I feel like I have seen 1 competent technician who was just recently sent out to inspect the doors for more issues with leaks. His assessment that the doors should be replaced was, of course, overruled by someone above him who alleges he is one of their experienced technicians
Workmanship was excellent. Overall, the installers did an excellent job.
we have had siding and windows from you and had very good service, but the doors are another story. The front door was made wrong, wrong color, wrong configuration. The back door was to be white but ended up grey, which was the front door color. So then we had to wait for a new front door, that another six to eight weeks. We had to call to see when it would be in. They called the next day to set up the install, so how long would we have been waiting for that call if we hadn't checked?
for the follow up visit the tech was professional and listened to my concerns. He corrected every flashing issue and looks very good now.
I’m very happy with the appearance of the windows and the triple pane benefits for silencing outdoor noise from entering the home, as well as the insulation from outdoor weather at this point. I am a little disappointed in the ease of closing and locking some of the windows, as well as locking them back in place after tilting the sash in to wash the windows. At this point I’m not sure if it is a window defect or installation defect.
We had a few drafty windows in this old house.The low end windows had seen better days.
I resorted to using plastic and packing tape to keep the cold out on some windows.
There will be no need for that this winter,thanks to the decision to replace all 20.
The ease of cleaning windows is a plus,but will need to become comfortable with the screens that are spring release and do not open from.the bottom.
All in all,a great experience,mostly because the process did not take a day and a half.
***The only thing I could get picky about is leaving the windows with smudges,and specks of silicone on the glass.Also,a paper receipt of the total spent on the windows would have been nice.You see,we do not have a printer here.***
All in all,my husband and I are very happy for this new look on our brick home.

The windows are beautiful. Just a couple of problems with the kitchen windows and the time it took to figure out the solution.
I would recommend Universal Windows to others because of the quality of the windows and professionalism of sales staff and installers.
ALL warranty claims were addressed once parts became available. Supply chain issues were obviously an issue for the vendor. The only complaint involved the passage of months without any update to the customer. I had to initiate any periodic contact with Universal. I would recommend Universal on an overall basis. I don't know how their warranty compares to other manufacturers but True Lifetime +30 years to subsequent home owner is all the warranty anyone could ask for.
Windows sweat, scheduling the install left me no time.
what is there to say, we called set up an appointment for an estimate. Salesman arrived gave estimate felt it was fair ordered and scheduled replacement, This is what i expected seamless experience
