With over a decade of experience in high-end residential construction, Todd Christian has developed a reputation for providing quality, attention to detail, and trust with his clients.
Todd is a third generation builder. He was first introduced to construction through his grandfather and then through his father. Their influence taught him to value relational integrity, transparency in business, and attention to detail. As a young boy, you could find him sketching houses and creating new structures out of Legos. Today, he enjoys the creative process of working with homeowners, architects, and talented craftsmen to make visions become a reality. Todd was the only home contractor to provide a thorough assessment and recommendations on our project in advance of our awarding him the project. Other contractors came to "look at" the project and provide an estimate, but Todd took a lot of time to understand our space and our wants/needs prior to bidding. It was this thoughtfulness that impressed us and it was consistent from that initial meeting to successful completion.

If there was going to be any delay in the timeline of when they anticipated the job was going to be done, they were very good in communicating when it would be completed, the reasoning, and the next step.
