I wouldn't recommend Seci to my worst enemy. From start to finish I felt very pressured. I've never received that kind of "hard sell" from anyone. Normally I run the other way when someone pressures me like that, but Seci came recommended by someone I know so I decided to go ahead. It seemed that the person I was dealing with was under an EXTREME amount of pressure from his boss to make a quota of sales, etc. And from there it went downhill... pressuring me to replace the siding on my house, more than doubling the price of the job, pressuring me to pay them (as if people normally have an extra $20k laying around)....

SECI is a top quality roofer. This is the second house they did for me. Hank is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you are in the market it’s definitely worth a meeting with him. He explains the entire process. They are platinum certified with Owen’s Corning and you get a 50 year transferable warranty. Everything was replaced and new from vents to pipe seals. It’s a top quality job. They do not cut any corners and a roof is certainly a job you want done right. I highly recommend this company. In fact I’ve already sent them several referrals. You won’t be disappointed.

I highly recommend Seci Construction. They re-roofed my house in 12 hours and the next day installed new rain gutters to finish the job. Their salesman explained the benefits of Owens Corning and their install team of 8 roofers worked seamlessly with each other.There was no damage to any flowers or plants. The owner of the company even came out to inspect the work as it progressed.

Amazing crew, came up on time and were very professional...covered up the house to ensure no damage and cleaned up very well after completing the job. Would hire them again in a heartbeat and strongly refer their services

The workmanship was pretty good in some areas.

I would recommend them if they were more responsible for the cleanup. They were very nice and cooperative. I have not received the warranty. I am not sure how long that takes, but it has already been three months. After I receive the warranty, I will be able to recommend them. I have to see the overall performance first. I have called their person, Mark, and he said they were still working on it in the office when I called. It has been three weeks, and they have not gotten back to me. I am not sure what is taking them so long.

SECI construction addressed all of our concerns and the installation of the roof was done in a professional manner. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work.

If anybody would like pictures of the end result, I'm willing to offer that.

I interviewed multiple roofing companies. This company was the most responsive, had the best prices, and they were done in 3 days. It was amazing.

The quality of work was good. Abut SECI failed to get the warranty from Owens Corning company. I called them several times with no response.Finally I contacted Owens Corning and got my warranty. So on this note they must follow this process diligently.

The job appraiser came out and sold me on how professional their crew was, that all leaks would be taken care of and the entire job site would be cleaned up. After the first rainstorm I had a leak right where I told them that there was a problem. They did come out promptly to address but the leak ended up from a siding issue and I was told that it wasn't their problem. Also they promised the site would be cleaned up and I have picked up well over 25 nails in the yard. My last issue was getting the warranty issued from them, it took several calls over three months before I got the warranty(which was the main reason I went with them). On the positive side they did show up when promised and finished the job promptly. With the 50 year transferable warranty I feel that if I do have any issues with the roof that it will be addressed.

The initial meeting was professional and the sales representative was knowledgeable, the work was completed on time and now, unfortunately, we're experiencing leaks a few months after and waiting for it be resolved. We now have issues with the inside of the home.

Seci Construction did an excellent job replacing our roof. The crew was very hard working and professional. Customer service was superb. The owner, Akil Seci, was immediately available to address any concerns that I had.I had a concern about replacing all of the plywood, which was recommended by the crew foreman, Eddie. Our house was built in 1974, and the plywood was 3/8 inch. After some deliberation, I decided to go with the recommendation for 5/8 inch plywood. This is Seci's standard for plywood replacement, which added significant more cost to the project than 1/2 inch plywood, which is what other contractors would have used.The project was projected to be completed in one day, but it ultimately took 3 days. This was due to the plywood replacement.The clean up of our property was excellent. One downside is that the dumpster remained in front of our house for nearly 5 days after the project was completed. Completion of project was on a Wednesday, and the dumpster was not removed until the following Monday.

I checked with quite a few companies and I am glad I chose SECI, very nice and professional people to work with.
