Renewal Remodels and Additions is very efficient and reliable. They always showed up on time and kept to our schedule. They did a beautiful job with my kitchen. I give them 5 stars!

We were extremely disappointed in this project. Part were never done and poor quality workmanship was pointed out at the final meeting but never corrected.

Design work was incomplete and needed periodic updating. Subcontractors were excellent except plumber, who made several unnecessary errors. Material orders were delayed, underestimated or overstated, which changed progress dates regularly. Cost changes did not reflect in final billing. Schedule changes almost doubled project time.

We would like to thank the whole Renewal staff for making our house remodeling a joy. They were all so easy and fantastic to deal with!

AS WITH MOST OLDER HOMES WE HAD ' ISSUES' THAT CAME UP DURING CONSTRUCTION. PROBLEMS WERE SOLVED AND THE HOME MADE BETTER FOR IT.

Renewal Remodels was a great contractor for us to work with. The final project became bigger than the less dramatic changes we had envisioned, but the Master addition fits well into the house profile, and the resulting Great kitchen/family/dining room scales well with the exterior territorial view. We were able to discuss and make small changes during the remodel and introduce some details that feel customized, while the work proceeded.

I love the end result! The kitchen definitely is what I had envisioned and the team at Renewal worked hard to make my dreams a reality. The design team, Carrie specifically, worked hard to keep my vision real and within budget. Construction, especially when you are dealing with load-bearing walls, is messy. Renewal did a great job of keeping the worksite clean and tidy. The finishing touches took a bit longer than anticipated, but I am satisfied with the service and final product.

RR&A provides a high quality service. They knew just what my house needed & made sure it got done. Each & every sub-contractor was happy to be working for Renewal because they knew that to be on their list means they're very good at what they do. Well worth the price!
