Many years ago Bob Gallese, the Founder & President, was working for a large, nationwide remodeling company. There were times in his tenure with this large company that a job was too small so Bob would tell the homeowner that they would be better served if they looked for a small, local company. This is when Bob would hear the same complaints over & over – “We can’t find anyone to do the smaller remodeling projects. When we do find someone willing to handle the “small stuff” it’s usually a person looking to make extra money aside from their full-time employment and typically they are not insured OR they don’t show up OR they start and don’t finish”. GuildQuality customer satisfaction surveys enable homeowners to rate their contractor on a scale of zero to four (with zero being the worst and four being the best) in all sorts of categories. Our members can publish a summary of those answers here on their profile page, displaying a bar for as many or as few questions as they like. In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor.
