Tim is a great guy and was helpful, but overall our project was very delayed and went over budget. We felt like we often ended up with many of the second string subs. I think NS was just over-extended working on several other projects, while ours wasn't always considered a priority. To this day, almost 2 years later, we're still waiting a few painting details to get finished.

By far the best builders I have had the pleasure of working with. I have built seven commercial hospitality projects over the years. No builder has impressed me as much as Northstar.

Working with Phil Winston and Topher Blair from Northstar Builders was a wonderful experience. They took our plans and elevated our project with better ideas. They were very respectful of our property and completed the project in record time. We are VERY satisfied and grateful to the NB team!

When you build a house you always hope the builder has your own standards of quality. Northstar met and exceeded that criteria. They acted as if they were building a house they intended to live in. We are very satisfied with their work.
