We've been building new homes in Colorado Springs, Monument and Black Forest since 1991. We're locally-owned, locally operated, and make our homes in our communities.

We are the only new home builder in Colorado Springs to offer our new home customers the options of a home trade-in/buyout program for custom built MasterBilt Homes in Colorado Springs, Black Forest, and Monument.

MasterBilt Homes will build on your home site, one of our home sites, or we'll help you find a home site. We take great pride in specializing in new homes in Black Forest, Monument, and northern Colorado Springs.

There were very communicative, understood the insurance process well, worked with the bank, was on top of things, visited the site several times a day to make surer that things were getting done, and they were pleasant to work with. They were very helpful to the process.

I bothered Jim until we could get everything worked out. He would probably say I'm very persistent but he worked with us throughout the whole process. We fell in love with the model home when we saw it and so did our kids. We must've met with him over a dozen times face to face to get things worked out...

You can, but you should prime first. I recommend a good bonding primer like Stix or XIM

What is the best way to clean smudges and marks off of walls painted with flat paint?

I would echo what Steven says. Generally, flat paint is not washable. If you look at the cleaning instrctions, it will talk about being "scrubbable". This means you have to scrub a layer of paint off ... read more
