Finding Mary's Handymen of Houston has just taken a lot of concerns and questions off my mind for future projects I have coming up. The quality of work is exceptional. And they don't leave till you are completely satisfied with work. Pricing is very competitive and fair.

The workers are honest and forthright, do excellent work, and take care of problems. They keep a great attitude during their work.

When we had an issue with our house, it was a sudden emergent situation. When I called Mary, she sent someone out the next day to start taking care of the problem. I was impressed with how quickly we got a response from her business.

The carpenter was asked to build a bookshelf to hold books. When it was loaded, two of the loaded shelves fell. I have to rebuild the shelf supports myself. That is not what I paid for. Be sure to get their price quotes in writing to avoid any discrepancies on site.

We were able to reach out to Monica and will be re-working her shelving unit next weekend. Unfortunately this kind of thing happens once in a while. We are very concerned about the quality of our craftsmanship and will always address any re-work in a timely manner. We are very grateful Monica was willing to let us come back out and resolve the problem.

We live in Columbus Ohio. Do I need a concrete base for a hot tub? The tub will be7'x7'. How important is it to have 220v. ?
