In good faith I would NOT recommend Kitchen Places to anyone considering a kitchen remodel project. Until they get their project development & management issues resolved, I would not recommend Kitchen Places for any remodel job. I have included an extensive review in this survey. Our galley kitchen project installation took over 9 months to complete and during that time chaos reigned. The main problem from what I was allowed to see was that there was one "project manager" for up to 18 different projects in many different locations. The project manager had no formal training in project management and rarely took notes when issues came up. Project communication was often non-existent or unreliable. The trades people were good but often required us to keep them informed about kitchen access and what exactly they were supposed to be doing that particular day. I can only imagine what would have gone wrong if I hadn't been there daily. In fact things went wrong even with me there because of the lack of project management. We are completely relieved the kitchen remodel is finally over.

I felt some detail work was shoddy and when I mentioned it it was not resolved. They failed to read carefully the appliance sheets we provided and did not properly set up electrical to accommodate the dual fuel oven, leading to an unsightly pipe running along the wall in our laundry room that would not have otherwise been there.
