We had an incident at the house that needed immediate rebuild. From the very beginning of the process, we had constant communication with Kingdom Restoration and they were extremely helpful in making sure the rebuild took place to meet our needs. The workers were fast and did a great job. The supervisor followed up and did a final walkthrough after work was done to ensure everything met expectations. Definitely recommend. Will hire them again for future needs.

Mike, the supervisor, did a great job coordinating the project for restoring the walls and doors. He cared about me as a customer.

Sadly, we were incredibly disappointed. They were in hindsight, we felt coerced by our homeowner's insurance to go with this company. They selected a third-party contractor, who we didn't feel was licensed and didn't even pull a permit when they did the porch redo. The first time they redid the porch, it leaked from the get-go. It wasn't a tiny leak, it was a downfall of pouring water on my porch. My husband, who is a mechanical contractor, started investigating. We didn't find a license for this third party that Kingdom Restoration hired. They didn't even pull a permit to do the job. We went round and fought and fought and fought with Mike from Kingdom and the homeowner's insurance. They kept pushing and wanted us to let this one non-licensed contractor fix this issue. My husband wasn't having it. We finally got the insurance company to let us use another contractor of our choice. For some reason, Kingdom still had to be involved. I didn't agree with that, but we didn't have a choice. The work was fine. My husband still sees some flaws. Mike from Kingdom Restoration had to oversee it and be involved. I would never recommend them to anyone, ever.

I would not recommend Kingdom Restoration to anyone. Scott was fine and responded to me. Joseline did not provide good customer service. It was a terrible experience.

Communication was bad, I didn't know what was going on and when the project will happen. We didn't get the chance to sign, and when we signed the contract, we didnt get a copy until the payment. We weren't happy with them.

They did excellent work. They had good communication. It did take a while for the job to get done because they had to travel so far. I am very pleased with the work and the interactions with the workmen.

Sean Worthington, the owner of the company, took a particular and personal, special interest in making sure that the quality of the restoration was up to my standards. He was assisted throughout the process by his chief supervisor, Nick Hanselman, who did an outstanding job keeping me informed of the entire process, the scheduling and insuring that everything was done to new home standards. I am extremely pleased with the work they have done.

Process Explanation - Sales Rep, Mike Wax, was tremendous to work with. He was very sensitive to our prior experience and went out of his way to make sure everything was done right and on time. He remained involved from start to finish which we very much appreciated. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional...everything we would want in a sales rep.

I was treated very poorly and a very simple project took 6 months. There were promises made and broken.

There was a lack of communication. They promised us they would send crews and it wouldn't happen. A phone call to explain the status would help a lot. If I didn't establish communication, it didn't happen.

Basically, it was not a good job. The painting and the way they did things it took too long.
