HomeFix Custom Remodeling, DMV, did not do the job correctly the first time. It took several months of phone calls to get them to respond. I had to continually keep on top of it because they did not follow through on my requests for help.

If you need inside and outside upgrades and want one company provider, strongly consider HCR as they will meet your needs!

Siding order was a complete bait and switch. Sold one product and another installed. Window order was put in wrong and corrected at measurement.

They did an excellent job. They were very careful and cleaned up after themselves and did a super job.

The salesperson, Jay Delinski was outstanding. The entire operation, from getting HOA approval, scheduling service doing the install was extremely efficient, professional, and hassle free. I’m very happy with the product and the overall process.

The salesman left the company, and it was so difficult to contact the company. They had a call center, but I never received callbacks. Eventually, I found a branch two hours away that answered the phone. They were unsuccessful in getting me in touch with the branch that I had my contract with. I spent about a month trying to get in touch with this branch. They should have had another salesman reach out when the other salesman left. I think that is elementary and ridiculous that they dropped the ball that bad.

The fellas that did all the work extremely polite, they were neat. Suggestions I made and questions that I asked, they were very happy to explain things to me. In a few cases, took suggestions that I had, so it was very good.

Over-priced

Overall satisfactory installment with Bruce. However, it took many follow throughs with various levels of supervisors to get the job finished correctly.

I think they did a good job with the door installation.
