Hall's Window Center was nice and accommodating, where other places turned me down. The quality is high.

Initially, we did not discuss having the permit on the product. Since lights to life did require permit, we waited for an inspector to come and find other things wrong with our house, and had I known that would happen, I wouldn't have called.

That is a 4 excluding Gina. That was demoralizing based off of how much I spent on my last house. I thought they would compensate me for the bronze glass because that was their screw up. What they did right was they did call and consult with me before they charged my card. The account recieveable person is very good.

Hall’s does quality work and installs top quality products. We had a new sliding glass door installed. They took care of everything from demo to install to stucco. It looks great.

I would recommend the company, but with qualifications that if you are there to watch it, and want to make sure they are paying attention to those minor details. The door itself is gorgeous, beautiful and well made. I wasn't thrilled about some of the damage, though. Also, there was supposed to be a $100 gift card sent to the person that referred us to Hall's Window Center, but as of now she hasn't received it. Her name is Susan Reid. I feel the door is well worth the value, and ultimately the decking was able to be repaired at no cost. It wasn't that big of a deal, but a drop cloth would have been good.

We love the Jeldwen front door that we found at Hall's exhibit at Ca Expo. They were pleasant to deal with and the pricing was fair. The installation was done on the promised date by a truly professional crew. They left my home immaculate and did the finishing trim beautifully. I would recommend Hall's to anyone who appreciates quality workmanship and good customer service.

Hall's was so easy to work with, and were patient while I made decisions, changed my mind and made new choices. The new windows are fantastic and with the new James Hardie siding that was also installed, my house is staying cooler already without the AC on.
