Earth Bound Homes

At Earth Bound Homes green building means is a lot more than just energy-efficiency. Green building is about homes that are better to live in because they have little or no utility bills, almost no maintenance and are much healthier to live in because they contain no toxic or off gassing building materials.

For over a decade, we have used science as our guide to building homes. We have adopted the most innovative techniques and use the best materials to create homes that are both environmentally friendly & aesthetically pleasing. And our credentials speak for themselves: We have recently completed the first zero Carbon/Zero Energy LEED Platinum home in California. In Santa Clara, we have built the highest rated Green Home in California, and we are currently building what is going to be the highest rated LEED-Platinum home in the country and our third Net Zero Energy House.

The home stretch is in sight. The invoices EB sends to me are very detailed. I am able to go through and see just what the cost of the remaining work will be.

We're down to the final steps and it is still going well. The kitchen looks wonderful and we still have had zero dust or construction obstruction to deal with! AND, I still cannot say enough about the professionalism, conscientiousness, and friendliness of the Earth Bound employees. Their attention...

Earthbound continues to do an excellent job with our remodeling project. Communication is clear and frequent. The employees are conscientious and competent. We know how our money is being spent and things are moving along at a good pace. No complaints here!

This job could not be going any better! The staff if incredibly conscientious and competent. There is minimal mess. They are very good about cleaning up, as we are living in the house while the project is being completed.

These guys are considerate, as well as competent and efficient. Our project is going very well. Earthbound has been able to let us use the washer and dryer much, much longer than we anticipated. Don't know where Dave Edwards found such a conscientious and hard-working staff, but he surely has one!

I see a lot of these fireplace inserts in tv cabinets, there are very manydifferent types. Is there anyway to figure out which ones are better.
