Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and less than stellar work.

I was satisfied with the design and the work. The work was done professionally and well. Communication between the contractor, the sub contractor, and customer was bad. There is work that was left unfinished.

Crowne met all my expectations. Pam and John were great to work with; easy to talk to, knowledgeable and accommodating. The attention to detail was amazing. We definitely would use Crowne again. and will recommend the company to friends and family.
