Overall, I am quite satisfied with the timing, assistance and professionalism of the office personnel and the installation crew. While my roof has not had enough exposure to the elements as of yet for a better assessment, I have every confidence, particularly in light of my additional platinum warranty that any problems in material and/or workmanship will be promptly addressed by Crown Exteriors and/or the manufacturer. Will update in the next year or two as appropriate. Keep up the good work!

Kent was easy to work with and their team did a great job! Our roof was completed within the time frame they gave us.

The work crews began much too early arriving at 4:30 and working past daylight. Most days the crew worked until nearly 9:00pm and could not provide a good job working in the dark. The crew left work supplies on our front yard the day that our house was worked on. The front door of our house had an electric wire left plugged in after the crew left one nigth.

The guy who was doing the first contract was good. He was professional and he did a really good job. I wasn't there all the time but they always answered me. My only concern was the payment that was added onto the statement that I didn't know about.

Overall, I was pleased with the product and the installation, but I just wish the communication was a little better.

Jim Russo was very helpful, and went above and beyond what I expected when figuring out what was needed after Hurricane Irma. He walked with my adjustor during the inspection, and dealt with the insurance company directly when additional damage was discovered.

After Hurricane Irma Crown Exteriors LLC responded to my need for a new roof quickly. They reviewed the damage and even helped cover the exposed areas before the contract was signed. They were genuinely concerned for pricing with insurance guidelines and quality of product. They also worked with the County permitting and inspection. The work was done quickly and cleanup was satisfactory. I would certainly recommended Crown to anyone of my neighbors.
