We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of our new house. Coastal pays particular attention to details to give the final product a little extra touch. They work hard to keep the customer abreast of activity, but sometimes come up a little short in communication -- but they know this and we have seen that they are working to improve.

The contractors that were used were not respectful of our property and they caused damage to our property that Georgia Water and Fire were not willing to take responsibility for. It caused us additional damage and work that had to be done that they refused to complete
