Our Jacuzzi shower was installed by an employee who was a true professional with years of experience in tub and shower replacements.
Workers were prompt, professional, neat, courteous and did the job well.
We’re hoping that the product will perform as well for us as we were told it would
way to much money for product .

I'm not sure that your system is the best available. By design, it looks like other systems will prevent even one leaf from getting into the gutter.
From making the appointment, to the demonstration of the products, to the install and follow up it's been nothing but great!

I have a problem in that the water is not hot enough, but I cannot get the company to come and fix it.
The product works, and if there's ever an issue -like the squirrel who wanted to move in - they come out and make things right.
They expressed a willingness to work thru an imperfect scenario. I found the field and office personnel very helpful and maintained very good communication.
When I placed my order for a Sunsetter shade, I was advised by Noah that it would be approximately 4 weeks for delivery. At 4 weeks I called and was advised it would be another week or 2. At 6 weeks I called again and was advised it would be another couple of weeks. I stopped calling after that. No one bothered to call me, I always had to call and ask what status of my order was, very poor customer service. You were very happy to take my down payment but after that no one could bother to call me, I had ti initiate contact.

Overall, satisfied but delivery delivery/installation took longer than promised - 9 weeks instead of 4-5 weeks!

I saw the desire to satisfy the customer, whatever it takes. But also felt that problems could have been avoided with better planning.
My retractable awning order had to be switched to another company which meant picking another fabric. We did that. Then the awning arrived for installation and the lights were missing. The installer gave us 2 conflicting reasons why the lights were not there. 2 customer service issues. Not delivering the product ordered ( no call from your shop to let us know a status and then giving conflicting reasons why the lights were omitted.
I think you have a good product, with good installers.
If i recommend anyone, i'll tell them to make sure they and the salesman understand what they want.
It all started out well with a consultation and order placed with a promise of delivery before Memorial Day. We just got our product i stalled last week July 18. The communication from their composite Al non existent. We had to reach out several times, there is no direct way to reach someone. Goi g through a 3rd party answering service is unprofessional and off putting.
From beginning to end, the job was carried out in a professional and very competant manner.
We spent $10000 for a new awning and they left the power cord exposed running down the front of the deck of our lake house. The wind sensor does not work and was part of a free package from sun setter so we should get a refund since it does not work.
