We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.

Comments

In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.

Reviews

Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

David and Greg are the great for answering questions and doing things as fast as they can I'm just being there to help you with any questions or needs about the house you have I have told many people about those two and how much they would love a piece or home because of the people that work for him are hardworking people

The sellers agent (Barbara) and builder (David) offered exceptional service. Barbara assisted us with making monthly payments toward downpayment and closing costs while the home was being built so we were ready for closing. She went above and beyond to collect payments from us and keep us informed...

The option for a 3 car garage and RV parking with full hook ups. The nice block walls much nicer than simple fencing.

I would like to recognize Ted Burkhalter. He is the one that helped me get everything I needed. When I purchased my home, I am in the military and I wasn't able to be at the home. I hadn't changed my station yet. He helped me get my answers addressed and he showed me the home since I couldn't see it....

Jill is truly AMAZING!!!! She has gone above and beyond to make sure that I have all of the information that I need. The level of customer service that she provides is none less than superior. I'm incredibly blessed to have her as a sales rep throughout this process.
