I had a very bad leak in my upstairs bathroom that prevented the use of the shower. Jim Bacon was able to assess the problem and give me an estimate. They were booked up for several weeks but was able to have one of his staff come over that very day for a temporary fix. When the workers did the remodel they did a very professional job and did a thorough job cleaning up. I'm extremely satisfied with the job they did and have already recommended them to friends.
