Artisan Electric, Inc. is the Puget Sound’s only solar contractor whose team consists of all professionally trained and licensed journeyman electricians. The licensed electricians at Artisan Electric are trained and dedicated to reducing energy consumption and incorporating renewable energy into your home. Training for electricians has traditionally focused on building systems that deliver increasing amounts of power. Instead of following the industry of “more”—more use, more consumption and, ultimately, more waste, Artisan Electric focuses on “less.” From the planning stages to the final build-out of any electrical system, Artisan Electric’s professionals use a whole-systems approach to reduce overall energy use. We do this with creative wiring infrastructure, energy controls and automation, and efficient lighting whenever possible.

Artisan Electric is passionate about renewable energy. Principal Jason Williams takes the time to stay current in an ever-changing technological environment. He advocates on behalf of the industry at the state and local levels, recently testifying in front of the Washington State Legislature and the Seattle City Council Energy and Technology Committee.
